Shipping policy

We offer free USPS Ground Advantage shipping on all US orders!

Our trusty Australian shipping dog Millie is responsible for ensuring all orders are received expeditiously. She will try her best to make sure your package isn't dropped or eaten. Here she is weaving through traffic: 

All orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped. 

Please be aware that the USPS is currently experiencing COVID-19 related delays and packages may take slightly longer to deliver than normal. 

International Shipping

We offer international shipping at the best rate provided by our couriers. Shipping options for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. 

How do I check the status of my order?

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available. 

If you haven’t received your order within 5 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at sales@milunova.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.
