Bagel was my first long term foster! I had her for about a month and she was an incredible dog. Great with all dogs, big or small! Very energetic, very playful and extremely cuddly. I was sad to see her go but she went to a family that I think resulted in a good fit. The family also had a 6 month old puppy and I just know the two of them are going to get along well. I took Bagel to dog parks and coffee shops, she did a great job everywhere she went. She was very quiet and I'm not sure if I ever heard her bark. Perhaps best of all, she kept Luna and Nova extremely tired! By the time I got home from work they pretty much spent the entire time sleeping!
When I first picked up Bagel the shelter told me she didn't get along with other dogs. CAN YOU BELIEVE THAT?! She has been nothing short of incredible with my two girls. I took her to the play area and figured I'd give her a chance. I am very happy that I did. One of the reasons I had her for so long is because she had kennel cough(I think) for about 2 weeks. It ended passing on to Nova but not to Luna (as always, the spitting image of health!)
